TWISTED BRUSHES

Twisted brushes are made to order in a full range of sizes from miniature to several inches in diameter. In essence, a piece of wire is doubled over and bristle material is inserted between the fold of the wire stem, and twisting it up like a rubber band. They can be manufactured with grip handles; wire-loop handles or threaded pipe nipples, depending on your application.
 
Twisted brushes is also known by many names, such as spiral brush, tube brush, flue brush, bottlebrush, pipe brush or power brush. They are named these things for the way they look and the things they clean.
